Refund policy

At Life Cider, we stand by our incredible products. If you're not fully satisfied with a Life Cider product purchased from us, we'll replace it or offer you a different flavor within 30 days. Due to hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns.

If you purchased from lifecider.com:

Please contact us by emailing support@lifecider.com

Please provide your order number and reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging if the product was damaged in shipping.

If you purchased from a Life Cider Authorized Seller:

Please return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it.

Life Cider reserves the right to verify information, require a proof of purchase, and deny any requests where fraud is suspected or where Life Cider determines the purchaser has abused the 30-Day Guarantee. Life Cider may amend or terminate the 30-Day Guarantee at any time and without notice.
